Kareena Kapoor may no longer be size zero, but she seems to have set a standard for our telly actresses.
They want to be as skinny as she was! The latest actress to follow the path and even indulge in hot yoga (like Bebo) is Sanjeeda Sheikh.
She has been working towards the goal of achieving the size for a while now. Coupled with a diet and work out regime, the Haye Padosan actress is determined to be reed-thin.
Being a fitness freak, she joined a gym and was completely taken in by the hot yoga on offer. Aamir Ali's girlfriend has been attending the sessions for the past few months now and she swears that this is the best form of exercise.
Says Sanjeeda, "I wanted to get a photoshoot done since a long time. But I was keen that it should be different from my previous ones. I thought of having a perfect figure for the shoot and therefore started working towards it."
She adds, "I've always been active and sporty, with a high metabolism rate, so it was not difficult. Plus, being a dancer I made sure that I dance daily without skipping even a day.
Being a foodie, it was difficult to control my diet, but I made sure I didn't cheat." She continues to eat healthy and avoid junk food.
Gymming hard!
Uttaran actress Rashmi Desai, too, wants to go the Bebo way. She makes it a point to never miss her gym, even if she is shooting for long hours. As Rashmi has been gaining a lot of weight of late, she is even more determined and works out with husband Nandish Sandhu.

"I have matured enough in life. It's not necessarily with a woman, but every relationship in life matures you as an individual. So, I am sitting here before you guys as a much more mature individual," said John who split with Bipasha Basu earlier this year after an eight-year relationship.
"Earlier, may be three years ago, I would get upset about personal questions asked to me. Today, I am sitting, smiling, answering everything because it's a fact of life," said John.
The 38-year-old says he is not sulking and utilising the time to spend some quality time with his parents.
"I am just happy that I have time by myself. Honestly, once I became an actor in 2003, I did not spend enough time with my parents. I will be very honest, when we get into relationships and into our career, we forget that we have parents. We don't give them time," he said.
"I am spending as much time as possible with my parents because they are not doing very well physically. So, I am trying to spend as much time to just make out for all the lost time," he added.
The actor is preparing for the release of his next -- "Force", which hits the screens Sep 30. He will also feature in "Desi Boyz", "Housefull 2" and "Shootout at Wadala".

Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra have become quite an 'item' of late.
While no one has yet cast any romantic aspersions on their friendship, it seems that King Khan's soft corner for Piggy Chops has not gone down too well with wife as well as their star-studded coterie.
The actress got a taste of their distaste for her recently, when she attended the Eid celebrations at Mannat.
While there have been reports of Gauri Khan snubbing her at the party, apparently there was more drama.
Informs a source, "Towards the end of the party, after many celebrities had left, Mehr pointed to SRK that not many people (including Gauri) were too fond of Priyanka.
She asked him why Priyanka had been invited at all."
The actor-filmmaker, apparently, was in no mood to be questioned about his guest list. "SRK told Mehr that Priyanka is a very good friend just like she and many others were to him.

However, while SRK stood by PC during this confrontation, it seems he was unaware of his Don 2 heroine being snubbed by Gauri.
Reportedly, Hrithik, briefly after sauntering in, stopped to chat with his Agneepath heroine.
Buzz is that they had barely exchanged pleasantries when Gauri stepped in and whisked the actor away to meet their other friends.
Interestingly, this is not the first time SRK has supported Priyanka.
Years ago, when she was going through legal hurdles posed by ex business manager Prakash Jaju, she is said to have sought his help during the Temptation tour.
